Behind the Mask:  Dealing with Anger, Grief and Rejection is the second in a mental health curriculum series for children from Mastering Mental Health.  It is geared for ages 13 to Adult.  Mental Health author, Diana Ketterman, believes that everyone experiences depression and anxiety at some point in life.  She says, “It is more apparent that we as a society must do something to enable children to be set free, to have a voice in breaking the silence, and ending the shame of mental illness.  This work will help children become aware of their emotions and build resiliency in being overcomers.”
